Thirty-eight-year-old Joni is only good at one thing: she has an encouraging word for everyone she meets except herself. Joni doesn’t feel like her own life is going in the direction she wants it to. In one last effort to turn things around, she hires a first-time life coach named Star and ends up part of a ragtag team meant to try and save the very person who could give her a job and change her life.
